Ceyhun started his dance life in 2002. After a short time dance became a passion for him. He started his competitive career in 2005, competed in many Latin Competitions in Turkey and he won many trophies and medals. He had lessons from world famous teachers like Zoran Plohl, Daniela Novak, Andew Todorov, Günce Yöney. Ceyhun was an A Class WDSF athlete until 2014. He has been teaching dance since 2005. In 2017 Ceyhun moved to London and continued teaching there. In the 2017 - 2018 Season he accomplished his dream and competed as a member of XS Latin Formation Team based in Cambridge and participated in the 2018 WDSF European Latin Formation Championships. He is a certified Judge and a 1st level trainer (Monitor)
Anita loved dancing Ballroom and Latin as a teenager which helped her deal with the pain of abuse. Anita saw Salsa being danced once and was hooked. She found a class learned it and loves dancing it whenever she can. She turned to Argentine Tango next which she loves in a completely different way and still dances that when she gets the opportunity. More recently, Anita went back to Ballroom and Latin dancing which has been a wonderful journey and also included Salsa and Argentine Tango.
As to her professional background, Anita has learned many skills and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and a Teaching Certificate and Diploma in Imagework. Through her own life experience and her trainings she sees the importance of body language when we communicate. She has also found the imagination to be a powerful tool in changing how we communicate. Anita has also taught hearing people how to communicate with deaf people, Office Skills to adults in a local College and English as a Foreign Language.
Over the years, The Times and Healthy Magazine have featured Anita, and she has been interviewed on BBC Radio and Sky TV. She is the author of “Rekindle the Magic in Your Relationship ~ Making Love Work”. Anita says “To do this we must become more aware, know what we want, give and receive well, communicate effectively, maintain self-worth, have fun, change old patterns and feel grateful for the good in our lives.”
She loves people and is passionate about helping clients have the relationship “they” want. Anita believes everyone is different and unique and every relationship is different and unique however everyone wants happiness and joy in their relationship. Together with Jay, a creative, talented, empathic teacher, she is offering clients the chance to achieve happiness and joy in their relationship through dance.
Koray started tango in Turkey in 2003 where he quickly stepped up and came fourth in a country wide championship after which Tango became the major part of his life and existence. He travelled to multiple countries and engaged in many tango events. In Buenos Aires, he worked with maestros like Mario Consiglieri and Chicho Frumboli. He also had the chance to work with well known Gustavo Naveira, Sebastian Arce, Sebastian Achaval and Horacio Godoy in different settings. He has been teaching tango as private courses to couples, as group classes and also as special one-off workshops. In his teaching, he focuses on creating a fun learning experience while establishing a strong foundation and enhancing the connection between the couples.
Dancing has been always part of Sevgi’s life, part of her journey. She has started dancing in a folk-dance team in primary school. In high school, She wanted to try something different, and met with contemporary dance She was performing in an amateur girl dance team. In first years of university, latin rhythm and culture has dragged her into a different path She took different latin dance lessons including salsa, bachata, zumba, kizomba, cha cha, pasodoble. She attended international dance workshops/bootcamps and participated in competitions. After that she realized that she had more fun and satisfaction when she teach, pass her knowledge to the others. Therefore, with the encouragement of her instructors, She got certificate as dance instructor in Salsa. Since then, she has been teaching salsa both in dance studios and international festivals.
